Start your day with a glass of water in the morning. You can add half a lemon in it as it will helpful in flushing out toxins from the body. A glass of fresh fruit juice rich in Vitamin-C is also a perfect start for the day. Make sure that you are having several glasses of water each day so that your body should be away from illness & diseases. A habit of 2-3 liters of water per day can be effective.

It is best way to refresh yourself and your body. Getting a bit of fresh air daily while exercising for around 30 minutes is an effective way to keep your body in shape. Taking a regular bathe is a must the changing seasons. Wash your hands regularly before and after having food. Keeping hand sanitizers with you every time is a good habit. Wash your face on a regular basis as it will reduce the risk of bacterial infections.
