With a clear and beautiful skin, it is just soo easy to look Fab! No wasting time in applying layers of makeup (primer, concealer, foundation, blush, etc.) to look gorgeous. All you need to do is just take daily care of your skin and you are ready to go in seconds, looking all glamorous with your natural skin! But, sadly not all are blessed with a clear and healthy skin that glows with health. You have to take a little extra care of your skin, pamper it, nourish it and treat it well, especially when affected by skin conditions. So, here are the basic 8 Rules that you need to follow, especially if you want to enjoy a Clear and Beautiful skin!

  1. Keep your Skin Clean!

A clear and clean skin is a must! Makeup can help you hide your marks, spots or any skin abnormality, but on the other hand, it traps the free radicals to your skin which is not good. So, make it a customary religion to wash your face at least 3 times a day, Morning, Afternoon and Night.

Use a cleanser with not more than 2% salicylic acid which helps cleanse the skin, removing any residual bacteria on it as well.

I know its irresistable, but if you want clear and beautiful skin, you have to avoid touching your zits or bursting your pimples. This will only result into inflammation, scars and more acne. So, keep your hands busy with work and avoid touching your acne.

If you have skin problems, it is always best to stay prepared with a basic skin care procedure that can help heal the acne quickly. You can either ask go for prescribed medications by your dermatologist or you can simply choose an over-the-counter cream that contains medications that can help treat acne.

Apply a dot sized amount of your retinoid based serum on your face. Rub gently and leave it overnight. Applying it all over your skin helps enhance the cell turnover, giving your skin a better texture and clarity.
