Jog or walk for 15- 30 minutes daily
Drink a minimum of 2-3 liters of water daily
Sleep for 7- 8 hours a day
Take out time for recreation
Eat more fresh fruits & vegetables and avoid processed food
Practice Yoga & Meditation if possible
Never allow your past to ruin your present that may affect your future
Try to sit quietly for atleast 10 minutes every day
Try to stay as motivated as possible . Don’t lose hope and never give up
Value each and every moment and be grateful for what you have
Giving time to children, parents and grandparents is important
Smile & laugh as much as possible . Try spreading the smile too
Don't do wrong and more importantly don't accept wrong
